Hi,
I'm working out for the NROTC physical portion of the application, and I am not very good at all. I'm at 35 push ups and maybe 50 sit ups, tops, in 2 minutes each. My mile is probably around 7:40. Now, I know that's bad, so besides working out to improve it, which I think I can do, I wanted to ask- what is the worst I can do on each of those three so that it doesn't hurt my application? Would 45-60-7:00 be enough to allow me through? I'm not trying to skate out of doing the work, I know I'm going to have to get in shape if I want to join an nrotc unit, but if I want to get my app before boards at the end of August, I need to get my stuff in. Please let me know. Thank you for the help.
