I know that in order to pass a flight physical, your eyesight must be no worse than 20/40 correctable to 20/20. However, are there any waivers for this? I wear glasses and I'm pretty much on the 20/40 borderline, with a few years to go (aka for my eyes to get worse), so am I a lost cause for flying/should I just give up that dream now?

If your eyes do get worse, the Navy allows people who have had PRK/LASIK to enter their flight program. I know this is allowed for OCS candidates wishing to be pilots, so you would have to check what the standard is for ROTC cadets.
