NROTC scholarship application status

My status just changed from "Your application is at CNRC for additional processing" to "The NSTC Selection/Placement Office has received your application." Does this mean that I will go before the next board?

I saw on other threads that you were awarded the scholarship - congratulations! DS' portal status is at "Your application is at CNRC..." but he received an e-mail on Friday from a program coordinator that they are sending it to the Board this week. Just curious if the "The NSTC Selection/Placement Office has received..." is the last status before you were reviewed and selected by the board? If not, do you recall what the last status was before being selected? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! DS was an ISR recipient, so assuming there's nothing wrong with his package, he should receive the scholarship. Just hoping the process moves quickly enough that he'll secure a good placement.
