NROTC scholarship notification

My portal page is loading with just "SSN" and everything else blank or not showing, what does this mean?
 
My DS's portal was like that one time, turned out that there was a typo in his SS#. I would make sure you retype everything in.
 
Same except I accidentally hit the year 2013 instead of 2014 for scholarship year.

Not sure, because it showed all of it before, i submitted mine in August. Today's the first time I've seen it do that.
 
Because it's been two weeks since the last scholarship notifications, does anybody know if there will be more today?

Is there a usual time of day when the decisions are generally released?

I think people were finding out around like 11 last time and were receiving emails.

Still quiet on my end, anyone hear anything today? Last few months results had been coming out pretty consistently every other Friday.

Spoke to DS's recruiter today, his XO is telling him first week of April.
 
Bad news today...

Well, my son just looked at his NROTC portal and he was not selected. Still waiting on USNA decision notification since we already know a decision was made on his application a little more than two weeks ago. Still no BFE or phone calls. We know about the decision from the BGO but the BGO doesn't actually know what that decision is b/c the USNA wouldn't tell him. We knew it would be tough competition for both NROTC and USNA.

Just received news that I will not be receiving the NROTC Scholarship as well. Good luck to all those left.
Is there any way to get details as to why one may have not made it?

Still hoping for an Appointment to USNA though, my BGO e-mailed me today saying I am tripled Q'd with 4 nominations and that my app "has not been totally reviewed by the Selection Board as of this time", is this a good or bad thing? (the board part)
