NROTC transfer

Hello all,

I've noticed that some people have been posting that they were recently notified that they didn't recieve an NROTC scholarship. (I wish them luck in whatever path they plan to take now.) Anyways, I was wondering if that means that Pensacola will start processing transfers now? How soon will those notifications go out?

Also, does anyone know how fast/if the Iowa State unit fills up (their out-of-state cap)?

a little extra info to add to the mix

don't have any firm data on that, but I have heard around that forum that there are still two boards to go with the last one on April 26 (all scuttlebutt, don't know if its firm fact or not) and then they'll issue the 'final decisions' (supposed deadline confirmed by an NROTC unit May 15th). So ... don't know where transfers fit in there ...
