NROTC Waitlist Update

I know I have been curious about transfers and wait list as have many others. Just wanted to update others that I believe they have begun working through the wait lists. I was given my requested transfer today. Sounds like others should be hearing news soon. Good luck!
 
Would you be willing to share a little more information? What schools did you transfer from and to?

His scholarship was to UC Berkely. He was trying to transfer to Univ. Colorado at Boulder or U of Arizaona last I knew. Don't know where he actually transferred to though.
 
Correct. I ended up choosing cu boulder. I put in for wait list on jan. for boulder and wait listed a month ago for Arizona and requested a transfer around that same time. I got a notification for an open position at both u of a and boulder but accepted nrotc at boulder. When a transfer was made my position on Arizonas wait list is automatically eliminated. Hope this helps.
 
Cal, my son also was put on the wait list for boulder in Jan. Out of curosity, what date in January did you request the wait list? He requested Jan 17th and he is still waiting.
