NROTC website not updating my stats!!!

Hi all,

I took the October ACT and scored much better than the current scores I have on my application; however after a month I haven't seen these changes. When I signed up for the test I chose to have the scores sent to the NROTC HQ in Pensacola. Is anyone else having this problem? It's really bugging me because I feel like I am missing an opportunity to receive a scholarship because these scores are absent.

Also, I emailed the NROTC HQ a few days ago addressing the problem, and they haven't gotten back to me..... I looked for a phone number to sort it out that way, but there is none! Are they backed up with a lot of stuff, undermanned, or just not on top of their stuff!?!?! Any help is appreciated

DD sent an email a few weeks ago requesting an update regarding her October SAT scores. She also had them sent directly. NROTC did reply to say that they did not receive them. Had the high school send them again, they were updated, but incorrectly. Sent another email to request correction. No response. I think they're busy. :wink:
 
Yes, we have the same issue. DS sent an email to the address on his status page. Got a reply back after a few days. Even though we had ACT send the scores to the NROTC (I think code 0656?) they claimed they never got the scores. So, they had him fax his official copy in, which he did yesterday. Status site does not reflect change yet.
 
Yes, my son had the same problem. He had ACT scores reported directly to NROTC and waited about 3 wks. after scores were posted for an update to show on the status page. When it didn't we contacted PNSC, Ms. Parker and the local recruiter that assisted with the application. All responded within a day or two saying it may take more time for the update to be reflected on the status page. Very soon after this (couple of days?) my son got notification by mail that he was awarded the scholarship. The updated scores were much better than his previous scores and almost certainly helped his chances for selection. I'm guessing they had the updated scores when he was selected even though it didn't show on the status page yet. Status page now shows scholarship award as well as updated test scores.
