Nurse Practitioner

I'm going to call into DoDMERB, but I wanted to know if anyone here knew the answer. I have a medical remedial, and I need a follow up appointment with my physician. If I have the remedial conducted by a nurse practitioner, will that be acceptable?

My suggestion is the Rule of thumb...follow their directions to a tee. If it says Doctor, than get a Doctor.
