What are these proper documents? They have checkpoints?
What country are we talking about?
This Cuomo order won’t stand in court. I would be surprised if anyone has any issues driving to and from WP. Flying may have some restrictions but even that seems unlikely. I would love to here updates from people who live there and or travel there to give a current update as to what they are
experiencing.
The main thing is our returning Cadets and New Cadets will be in good hands when they get there. WP has good procedures in place to make their return efficient and safe.
 
I met an immigrant a few weeks ago who runs a small business. He commented on the response to coronavirus:

"I can't believe how easily Americans gave up their freedom. This feels like back in Russia."
 
I think it is all about discouraging people from coming from covid hotspots to NY/NJ/CT

Proper Docs: a copy of CC's appointment and reporting date/time

Checkpoints: If NY does what TX did... out of state plates will be diverted at state border... just like it happened on I-10 incoming Texas

BUT.. I agree with you... this is all unenforceable... in my opinion... but at the same time "if" we get pulled over... I am going to be 100% fully compliant to the officer's request... barring my constitutional rights.

And yes... Cadets are in good hands at WP
