Speechless...don't know whether we are back in the days of Carter yet or not. For a world view it looks like our President is going to use the missile defense program as a bargaining chip. Granted President Obama has stated he won't, but he just gave leverage to Russia because they inferred he will...doubt can undermine political posturing...ask Jimmy! Add onto this with Hillary and the Palestinian/Israel issue and I am about to go in the corner, cover my ears and cower, because I can't see this ending pretty
