A little confused. If you get an Offer of Appointment are you accepted? Or no? I have a conditional offer right now because of a body fat percentage form and my medical hasn't gone through all the way yet. But once that is cleared up and have an Offer of Appointment what happens?

Conditional appointment. As long as your weight and body fat is at proper amount at R Day your appointment will be a go.
