The official boot letter is out today, as I just received it through email by USMA.
It authorizes pretty much what I understand everyone has been saying all along. Oxford/Durashocks low-quarters and Bates M-8 desert tactical, Belleville Khyber, or Belleville 310 boots.
Anyway, I just thought I'd post and let everyone know if you hadn't caught it. Also, is there is anything I should know about the three boots? I'd planned on getting the Khybers as they're the cheapest and presumably still good enough, but if the others are significantly better I'd be willing to bump up.
