I received my TWE yesterday after being waitlisted for a month. It's been a fun ride, and maybe this is for the best. This was my first time applying and I'm in my third year of college (going into my fourth), so I won't be eligible for the next class I think

As long as you aren't 23 on Induction Day or 1 July...see first bullet

You are fine. Check the USNA website. Max age is not past your 23rd birthday on July 1st of the year you are admitted. Keep pursuing every option until a door opens if you really want to be an officer. See an officer recruiter for OCS and reapply.
