One Academy Question

I plan to only apply to one service academy, USNA. I am more than certain a question will come up asking why I am only applying there and not the other SA's as well. What would be some good responses to this question?

What is your reason? That is the best answer.

DS applied to only USNA, but he wasn’t asked why. He was asked why he wanted to be at USNA.

Whatever reason you give for only choosing to apply to the USNA, be sure your answer includes why you want to serve in the NAVY, and what you may see yourself doing in the NAVY.
You should further explain that you have also applied for an NROTC scholarship and will pursue that route if you do not receive an appointment because it will also take you to your goal of commissioning in the NAVY.

Best answer is to be honest tell them the real reason? Don't try to answer questions by telling them what you think they want to hear.

I will ask a simple question, why can’t you still serve and defend the country by serving in another service?
