Can my congressman nominate me for multiple academies if he has room in his slates?
Yes, he can. It's his call though as to whether or not he does. In some very competitive areas, the MOC will make you choose only one academy to request a nom for.
Also, if it is competitive the MOC's may talk so you could logically get one nom from each MOC, but to 3 different SA's.
I know in NC that is how it went down back in 07. The logic is spreading the wealth around, while still trying to get the ultimate candidate on the slate for each SA.
