Online Application Issue

Hi, I received my letter as a candidate for the class of 2017, and on the letter it told me to go to the Candidate Information System (CIS) to continue the application, and so I did, and I put in all the correct information to log in, and when the page loads all I get is text saying "no records returned" and the button to return to the previous page, and nothing else. Is this supposed to happen or is this an error?
 
On admissions main page click on green app that says "continue application". Same thing happened to DS until we did this. From there just follow and fill in info and should take you to your CIS.
 
I clicked the button and i got to the login screen where i put in the username and password, then i got to the screen where you put in your first and last name, last 4 digits of SSN and your candidate number, and i put it all in correctly and it still doesn't give me anything except what i said previously :/, I think it might be an error with my candidate number, since my friend got a new number by e-mail and his CIS works, but I didn't get any e-mail
 
Contact admissions and explain situation. Give them your candidate number to confirm it is correct. Email address or ph numbers should be on your letter but they are also on admissions page. It will work out.
 
Contact/email admissions and they will send you the correct information ELECTRONICALLY. You will not get another candidate letter via snail mail.
