Online Language Placement Exam

Page 17 of the Instructions to Appointees provides two links for online language placement for German and Spanish. DD created and logged into the German exam, but the system booted her off after she completed the first section. When she attempts to login again, she gets invalid username/password. Tech support (which appears to be a one person shop) verified the username and password are correct, but doesn't seem to be able to help much more. We tried different computers and ISPs and cleared the cache, but no luck. Has anyone else experienced these problems? Suggestions?

I have come across the same problem with the Spanish exam. Since now it's two days away from I-day, I don't think there is anything that can be done. I guess there will be more placement tests once we arrive, though, so hopefully this one wasn't extremely crucial
