.I’m prior service trying to get back in and I was denied a waiver because BH provider didn't receive the proper information from Meps to make a decision. Meps doctors were going based off a post deployment assessment back in 2019. Honestly, none of those conditions that got me denied are true about me and I’m good on everything. My back is great, I haven’t had any alcohol in the past 4 years because I hate the taste of it, I don’t have constant headaches, and I can adjust to any given situation thrown at me. What do you all suggest I do ? I was told to wait 12 months of BH and substance abuse stability to appeal the waiver decision.

Your list sounds like you’re getting some VA disability.

I’m definitely not knocking on ANY veteran who is getting a VA disability. I will be one of those persons eventually.

My point is you see the conundrum here? IF you are broke enough to get a certainly percentage of VA disability, then how would that reconcile with coming back in as a 2LT?

Again, not judging here. Just trying to get more info so I can try to give a best guess opinion on your situation.

I am a little confused, you mention prior service and MEPS. Are you trying to re-enlist or Commission? Generally speaking re-enlistment for prior service is easier with VA Disability up to a certain point or certain conditions. If you are "medically retired" generally 50% or more disability and a Med or Personnel Board, it will be almost impossible for you to re-enter, because you are on the medically retired list. If you just have the disability rating because you applied after discharge (no Boards), re-enlisting is usually allowed provided the disabilities will not prevent you from being "Deployable". Commissioning is a different animal, going from prior service enlisted to Commissioned with a VA disability rating is pretty difficult and will require a lot of work, including possibly "surrendering" your VA disability (NOT RECOMMENDED).

Talk to someone in the service you are trying to enter who can steer you in the right direction. For enlisted, it would be your recruiter, for Officer it would be a specific officer recruiter, not an enlisted recruiter.
