DS really wanted to apply for CULP, but due to the shutdown he can't get contracted until the government gives the battalion the go-ahead. We had hoped it would happen when the government went back to work, but battalion is still waiting. Everything is done on DS's end and he is very concerned since the CULP deadline is Nov 8th.
