Can I get orthodontic treatment at the U.S. Air Force Academy?

I've seen a few cadets who have braces walking around, so my assumption is yes. However, you are not allowed to be undergoing active orthodontic treatment when you arrive for basic (they don't want to deal with it/risk complications). My guess is that after basic if a cadet needs orthodontic treatment for medical reasons, it is allowed.

During Basic Training, you will meet with a Dentist and they will determine whether orthodontic care or jaw surgery is the best option and will proceed as such.
