Hi- sorry if someone has already talked about this...
My account says that I needed remedials for my orthotics and a repeat test. I'm not sure what to send in exactly for othotics- I got them a couple years ago for cross country and only use them for running- but I can run without them and don't have any sort of pain without them, though I prefer to run with them.
As far as the repeat testing, I had it done and they sent it in but nothing has changed on any of my statuses- it appears as though concorde hasn't recieved them yet.
I need to send in things for the orthotics to clear the remedial but I'm not sure what- any advice?
Thanks,
Em

Without the code that DoDMERB requested, I can only guess that DoDMERB is looking for the medical records concerning the orthotics. Get the copies of the medical records from the physician that prescribed the orthotics.

If you purchased them off the shelf, then you need to submit a statement to DoDMERB stating such.

Hi:
I got a remedial letter for the use of orthotics (custom). I hardly ever use them. What's the chance of a waiver if DODMERB DQs me?

When you submit the remedial I would also include a letter from you detailing everything that happened for you to get the orthotics. If you are disqualified, then the statement will help the waiver authorities. If you only wear them infrequently, make sure you put in you letter when and why you wear them.

Based on your short statement, and not knowing which program(s) you are applying for I really can not state what your chances are for a waiver. The best advise I can give you is to not give up, and push on!!
