If you are appealing a denied waiver, will the status change from denial to pending to approved/denial, or from denial to approved/denial?

CC_Candidate, I apologize, I did see that question a couple of days ago and didn't have time to answer at the time, I'm smack in the middle of a business trip and I did mean to answer it but it slipped away.

The status should change to pending waiver submission/review when the reviewer reposts the information back to the waiver authorities. With the issues that DoDMERB has been having recently with the web site, if it hasn't changed a week after sending the letter to DoDMERB give them a call to check on it.

Again, sorry I missed that!!

No problem. I'm going to give DoDMERB a call tomorrow. I would have called today, but since I called Tuesday, I thought I'd give it till Friday. The biggest mystery to me is, does the woman who answers the phone for me, Cathy, remember me EVERYTIME I call? Sometimes I feel bad...

Sometimes certain applicants will stick in the secretaries, reviewers or physicians brains. Not to worry, as long as you are polite no one will get upset!!
