Packet to Report

Our DD will be a Plebe this summer and am curious when she will receive her packet to report (not sure the exact name). What is the timing for the information coming from the Academy for an incoming Plebe?
 
I spoke to admissions on another topic related to my DS and during that conversation was told told the Permit to Report packet will be sent "mid-April".
 
On the Naval Academy Admissions Facebook page it states that the Permit to Report packets will be sent out in April.
 
Round up your mid's birth certificate and shoot record.
