Paperwork question

Hello, I am a prior service applicant and last week I accepted my offer to USMAPS on my portal. I was reading through the instructions for applicants offered admission and I saw a part that stated "Prior service need to bring signed offer of admission; fax form to (the number)." and I got confused because I thought accepting on the portal was all it took to accept. Is there another official offer of admission form that I have to wait on to sign physically and fax? Also, I saw another thing that stated "If you are a current soldier please download the USMAPS Acceptance form to submit your acceptance/declination to admissionssoldier@westpoint.edu." Where can I find this form? This was all in the instructions for applicants offered admission to usmaps. Thank you!
