Hello,
I just received a letter from USAFA today about the Parents Club for 2015 Appointees. It requests a reply mail and it must be signed by the appointee. The thing is, my online status still lists letter of assurance and to my knowledge, I have not yet been awarded a nomination. Therefore, I cannot be an appointee yet..... so I was wondering why this letter got sent to me so early in the process?
I was just getting confused because everywhere on the letter and the form it says "Appointee". Also the address they sent it from is different from normal admissions mailings: it says HQ USAFA/CMA (normally the mail I get from the academy says HQ USAFA/RRS)... does this make a difference at all?
Thanks for your help.
