Victoria and I went to the St. Louis USNA Parents Club luncheon Saturday. It was really great!
We got to meet some of the new Ensigns that graduated in the 2014 class, alumni, upcoming plebes and parents.
The coolest thing we learned about was a local group called St. Louis Miliatary Officer Support Foundation. Here's their website:

Victoria went to the PT session this morning and said they kicked her A$$.
She told me about another "big guy" that threw up and kept going. Many of the Mids on summer break attend this.
very impressive group - non-profit and doesn't cost a thing.
