When I went to my MOC interviews, my mom drove me there, dropped me off, and went shopping during the interview. She did not even get out of the car, as per my request. I got all the moral support I felt I needed at other points in the process, so I didn't need her there, and it was nice to not have to worry about directions getting there. Instead I used the ride to listen to my Ronald Reagan playlist and get in the zone.
