USMMA has three separate parts to its application. Can I send pieces of each part separately or should they all be sent in at the same time? Thank you.

Part 1 has to be done online, by you, and I believe it has to be completed before sending the other parts in. Once you submit that, you will then get access to the online portal showing you what remaining items are needed by admissions. From that point, based on my experience, you will send in the application materials as you complete them (i.e. the letters of recommendation can arrive separately from the Part 3 form). Just as a reminder, you have to mail or fax them to admissions.
 
You may send them separately. However, as mentioned above, part one has to be done online to initiate the applicant account. Do that asap because if I remember right, the deadline for that is in january. so sometime this month. That's because the applicant account has to be established for the nominating source to submit your nomination if you get one. The sooner the better. Don't do it the last week before it's due.
