Pay at USMMA

No not like the other service academies. The mids do get paid when they are sailing. I think the pay has recently changed, but not sure what it is now...I am guessing that the monthly gross pay is somewhere between $900 - $1,000 per month...closer to $1,000

There is no pay during your time in residence at the Academy. My understanding is that KP mids get some things free that the other SAs pay for out of their pay, but i'm not 100% on that.
You do get paid while at sea during your sea year. I don't know what the going rate is today, but it is a day rate, $X/day. It was $18 back in the good old days.
