My understanding is that if we filled out the PCQ for summer seminar we do not need to fill another out to start our applications. This is true for USMA and USNA. Is this the case with USAFA? Still waiting for my official candidate status. Thank you.

No, this year's summer seminar application (unlike previous years) does not complete the PCQ. You must head back to the portal and upload your Social Security card (and perhaps a few more items) to complete and submit it. Then, you should be set! Good luck
