I have been fortunate enough to receive a ISR NROTC scholarship to Emrby Riddle but am requiring waivers to activate scholarship. I haven't been contacted about the waiver process yet and am wondering if me receiving the waiver is more common since I already have the scholarship and have already been accepted and placed at ERAU Daytona.

No one here can possibly know. Much will depend on the reason you need the waiver and each case is handled individually. They do automatically start the waiver process when you receive the scholarship and have completed your DoDMERB exam. Being accepted at the college has no bearing on the waiver.
