How does getting a perfect score or a near perfect score on the SAT or ACT help your chances of getting into the academy?
Would getting a 800(Math SAT) and 800(Reaading SAT) compare to a 700 in both. Does it greatly raise your chances, or gives you extra points for admission? Same thing for ACT with getting a 36, compared to a 32 comkposite.
Any help would be appreciated.

Having a really good score in SAT/ACT will raise your chances. Just make sure you are a "well-rounded" candidate with good leadership positions, good sport participation etc.

A perfect score will not be viewed as significantly better than, say, a 780/780. You get bonus points for doing well on the SATs/ACTs. But the fact the score is "perfect" does not get you a "superbonus," if that's what you're asking.

thanks
