for my plebe that was the hardest form to deal with last year - she went to many police stations all said no - I think she finally emailed it to someone at the downtown courthouse and this nice lady filled it out and emailed it back to us and we sent it in - she would not mail it - very difficult form for sure. all was well when she showed up for I day.......

This is not unusual.

DS just dealt with that form a week ago. They sent him here and there in the courthouse. Person A to access these records, Person B to access these records, and so on. Eventually he had the form "kind of" filled out. Nobody would mail it with the SASE so he just put the paper in the envelope and dropped it in the mailbox outside the courthouse. I felt like he had done his best and complied the best to his ability.

I think that since I said I was overseas they just didn't bother and so it took me a day or two to resolve the issue

Does anyone know how I would be able to check my results on my ABS placement exams? I was able to see my scores for my Algebra placement test (although now I also cannot find the results) but after I took my Calc I tests I can't seem to find my results (it wouldn't show right after I submitted). Any help would be great!

Do they wait for the official Permit to Report letter with all the details before they fill out the uniform survey? If they don't, do they just use their SS# and what is the affiliation? Wasn't sure if Midshipman was correct at this point or not. Sorry if this has been asked/answered already too!

Alpha #’s are not released. I believe we leave any of those fill ins as blank.

You won't until right before I-Day or even on I-Day! As per PTR, leave all requests for Alpha numbers blank.

Is anyone having trouble printing certain PTR documents? For the documents that require you to download and open them with an adobe viewer, I'm able to fill them out however I cannot print them, it just gives me an error. This is only for the documents that require the adobe reader. Any solutions? Thanks
