We have not checked the mail yet today, but, to date, my DS has not received his PTR. I don't know where you are, but USPS can be less than speedy in Chicago. I also don't know how the PTRs were mailed out, e.g., all at once, alphabetically, by region, date you accepted offer of appointment, etc.

No delivery here in Northern CA also. Hopefully tomorrow.

PTR KY Yesterday

Received yesterday in Kentucky!

We are in the SF Bay Area and the PTR came sometime between last Thursday and Saturday while we were out of town. Not sure how he got it through the slot.
 
Nothing today in NW WI...hopefully tomorrow. Did anyone else get a blank permit to report e-mail about immunizations?
 
Received PTR today here in Southern California (South Orange County).
Received a blank e-mail (no message and no attachment) re: adult and pediatric immunization questionnaire today.
 
No PTR, but I did receive the blank email. Replied by saying it was blank, no reply yet.

On an unrelated note, I just got out of The Avengers. It was legendary.
 
PTR came in today, but I'm out of town. Parents said they won't open it until I get back. I also received a new email with a two page form attached from the same lady who sent the blank email.
 
Just got mine the other day! Woo! Time to dive in on paperwork...
