On USAFA Form 146 - Candidate Personal Data Record...
admissions asks for each school attended since 8th grade, mind my English ability, but does that include the school I was in while I was in 8th grade?
Also, for my current highschool, what do I place for date of departure? my graduation date?

They just want high school. I don't see why they would want anything before that. And yes, that is what I did for departure date.

I called my counselor and she told me to use the graduation date as the departure date. If you have any questions, I would recommend calling your counselor; they can give you the correct information.
