Personal Statement: Class of 2021

I am currently applying for the USNA Class of 2021 and am struggling with my personal statement. I have already sent it to English teachers for grammatical checks, but was hoping for some content feedback. Can send it through email. Any feedback would be appreciated!!

I think the key words are Personal Statement.
Only YOU know why you want to attend and serve your country. Grammar is one thing, but you have to speak from the heart.
An example...DS wrote about the moment he knew he wanted to enter the Navy, the experience that led him to that point. Good luck! Use your own words and it will be great!

I agree with CaliNavyMom. Speak from the heart. Say what is real to you, not what you think they want to hear. Of course get your grammar right and make sure it reads clearly but write it as you really mean it.
