I have a quick question. The CGA website mentions the PFE, how to train for it, how to score it etc. It also mentions the CFA - but I can't find any more information on it. If a candidate is applying to USNA and CGA, can the use the CFA to satisfy both? Or do they have to do PFE for CGA and CFA for USNA? Thank you.

You must use the CFA for your application to Navy, and the PFE for your application to Coast Guard. The PFE is used by the entire Coast Guard for their physical fitness evaluations.
