My DS got an AMI for pharm logs. We have been going around and around with Kaiser to get what we thought was what was being asked, and it was kicked back to us. Does anyone have any tips or tricks to get what is needed from Kaiser, since they are both insurance and pharmacy? Thank you!

Are you able to log onto your Kaiser account and pull pharmacy records? Might be easiest to go to the Kaiser office otherwise. Good luck!

It's been a journey! We finally found out on April 1 that what we had orginally submitted was acceptable. Now just still waiting on results!

Heads up from a fellow Kaiser fam - we've just learned they won't sign the immunization paperwork provided by USCGA. They're only willing to provide immunization records. Dr.'s office referred us to a corporate department that handles any record verification (and quite a runaround process). Looks like we're going to have to self-pay at another clinic and have them do the paperwork for us. Crazy.

I’m pretty sure CGA can work with you on this if you have the official record even though they won’t sign the CGA form. Your daughter may be able to call Ms. Castineira if she is around. Alternatively, if the Canvas board has opened up, the incoming swabs can ask questions on there and the turnaround time for a response is really quick. You have quite a bit of time for this one.

Thank you! I'll have her reach out before we officially try another clinic. Managed healthcare is sometimes super convenient, and other times too much red tape.
