Pharmacy records

DoDMERB wants DS pharmacy records. Is this from the pharmacy or medical insurance? I don't want him wasting time trying to get to pharmacy if that's not where he needs to get them.

your pharmacy should be able to run a report quickly
if only looking for certain meds, let pharmacist know

My DS got the same request. They wanted to see 5 years of pharmacy records related to a childhood peanut allergy. I guess they want to make sure he's not still using EPI pens. Contacted CVS, and they pulled a report. Took about a week.
