I took my physical a week ago and from what I have seen on here is that DoDMERB doesn't usually get back that fast. The issue I seem to be having is on the DoDMETS website through Concord. Under the steps to follow it say that "Go To Your Medical Exams" is still incomplete. After clicking on that link, it shows the optometry papers were received but nothing about the physical. Should I contact the office were I took the exam or Concord? Just concerned that it hasn't gone through. Thanks for your help!

It probably hasn't been processed yet if the office sent in the paperwork. If you don't see anything by the end of the week contact the office you took the exam at and confirm they sent the paperwork into Concord. There is an influx of paperwork at DODMERB right now and they just might not have processed the documents yet.
DS also took the physical exam one week ago and it has not updated yet in DODMERB, although the eye exam updated within one day. We are going to give it a little more time, then call the exam center to be sure they sent it. We were initially told they sent in the results the same day, so just hoping perhaps there is a backlog
