Physics/Chem SOE

I'm having a bit of a problem with finding an SOE and I'm not sure what to do. I'm taking an online Physics Course with LAb, therefore I don't have a physical teacher, and my Chemistry Professor is from a different school from which I moved and he didn't like me at all, as in I was targeted and blamed for stuff people around me did. Should I contact WP about a separate Science Teacher? I talked to my counselor and he doesn't know what to do either.

I asked my RC if my biology teacher would be acceptable and my reasoning was because she was my teacher for two consecutive years, including AP, and therefore she would be able to evaluate me more accurately than my chemistry and physics instructors. So you can use another science teacher, but you’ll need to provide them with acceptable reasoning.
