I am starting my junior year and got my schedule. I had wanted to get Physics but due to scheduling conflicts, I may not be able to get it. My scedule otherwise includes AP Bio (full year) as well as Latin 3 and US 2 AP. My only non-weighted classes are gym and creative writing. Will this at all effect my application to the NA?

Im not saying it will or will not affect your USNA application, but how about you take physics senior year then? if it doesnt fit into your junior year....

Physics is not required for admission to USNA but is desirable. I agree with the above poster that, if possible, try to take it senior year. Be sure to take Chem with lab and Calc. Not only does USNA want to see them, they -- like physics -- will help you plebe year. Take it from someone who hadn't taken physics (b/c it wasn't offered at my school).

Couldn't fit physics in with my junior year schedule. Doing it now as a senior. Nothing wrong with it.
