A ABF 5-Year Member Joined Nov 30, 2013 Messages 180 Jul 9, 2014 #2 Host campus programs have a PMS, but the satalite programs don't. The satalite programs may have cadre, and there will be an OIC or NCOIC on that campus, but they report to the PMS of the host campus program.
