Well i Applied just yesterday for a Good Conduct Certificate, and was told that the NYPD does not do mailing. The instructions on the letter say that the agency must send it. So what do i do?

OK, so im in NYC too. I did not do the GCC. I got a letter from the FOIL department saying that I have never been arrested or convicted of anything. At least for West Point we had to send it ourselves, so if they say that they cannot send it, ask your BGO what to do and if something just mail it in.

To obtain the correct answer, call USNA Admissions and ask the quesiton. No disrespect to OP, but be careful of advice regarding admissions, application and appointment acceptance from anyone other than USNA Admissions.

Hi,

My daughter, Class of 2013, mailed the form herself after she picked it up from NYC Police HQ. There was an extra envelope in the appointment package that she used to return.
