police report after acceptance - how many years back?

For the police report which is to be sent to USNA after acceptance, our county courthouse does these for a fee - a fee for each year that the report is requested. How many years should we request for our 18-yr-old? Thank you!

Your situation is unusual, normally a police check is done by the police and is complete and one price. Usually just a one page letter saying "no history found" or listing any history that comes up. They usually just run name and DOB with SSN through NCIC and Local Records. In your case I would contact admissions and confirm the years needed.

Our City charged, I reached out to county and they did it for free. Other suggestions have been school resource officers.
