While visiting USMMA saw designated smoking area signs. Are midshipman allowed to smoke or use other tobacco products? If so how would they even get tobacco- doesn't sound like they get enough free time to go off campus and get it?
Plebes are not allowed to use tobacco until recognition.
This includes,Cigarettes, cigars, and smokeless tobacco.
Cigarettes and "dip" are available for purchase at the Navy
Exchange.
