Portal is glitching out and showing me this when I log in I am so confused

Hi everyone, every time I try to log into my portal right now I get shown this:

Our records indicate you have an open application for a prior grad year.​

If you are certain that you will NOT be attending West Point starting this summer,
click on the link below to review and update your Candidate Questionnaire information
(this will open a file for you for the Class of 2026).

And I go to fill out the questionnaire and it's already filled out with my information. Did I get denied??

Does it have to do with my DoDMerb? I just got qualified to enter the school. (I had knee surgery a year ago and they needed extra information)

Please help.
