I figured I put my e-mail of my guidance counselor of my school as for the transcript and CAR verification when I just found out that my College counselor does all that. How can I fix the info that was already sent to my guidance counselor?

Send an email to your Regional Director at USNA explaining the situation. The RDs are incredibly helpful and I remember that when my son had a similar issue last year, the RD was able to clear the field and then my son entered the correct details for the contact person.
