Possibility of Upgrading to a 3.5 year

I'm an MS1 at a selective private university. I received a 3AD scholarship last spring. At the time the ROO told me that all of their MS1s who have received 3ADs in the past have been able to upgrade to 3.5 year scholarships. But now it is October and we have had two PT tests that I have received scores of 261 and 276 on. But I have not heard anything about upgrading. Should I wait for someone to contact me about this?

Other than giving your best effort in all things, pt, gpa etc. there is nothing more for you to do. Focus on doing your best, participate in what is labeled "optional" the decision is out of your hands.
 
If your talking about being upgraded to a 3.5, you probably won't hear anything until it gets closer to the end of the semester. In the meantime follow nofodad's advice. Keep improving on the APFT each time you take it.
