My son is 21 years old. He may move out of state by October and could register to vote in the new state. Where should he seek his nomination? -In the state he was registered to vote living with us or his new state, as it would be there before nomination application deadlines.

in my own mind the answer to your question is indicated by the first word of the subject line... it's possible he may move. Since its possible he may not move, I'd say go with the current home MOC. Just one man's 2 cents.

I think honesty is the best course. If he is truly moving to a new state and plans to make his residency in that state, he should apply from that state. If this is a temporary change, his current residence is his home.
